This event is being held as a feature event at our 5 day Spectacular Australia's Greatest Horsewoman 17th - 21st April 2024. Australia's Greatest Horsewoman will have other showcase events such as The Cowgirl Up Challenge, Ladies Open Obstacle Challenge, Ladies Open Reining, Ladies Open Cutting, Ladies Cow Horse Open. Horsewoman's Touch Trainers Challenge, Event Clinics, Special Presentations and much more.
The Cowgirl Up will be held on Saturday 20th with a qualifying round in the morning and the top 10 clean slate final as a feature event in the evening.

The Cowgirl Up Challenge will be one of the first Major events to run under the National Cowboy Challenge Association's rulebook and scoring system. The scoring system aligns itself to those such as NRHA, NCHA and NRCHA with a penalty based system.
​
The Prize pool is currently$4000 in Cash and Prizes and growing. With the winner and runner up taking home Buckles and Cash (TBA).
